Sony San Francisco Ad

This is one of the cooler ad's I have seen. (Quicktime 7 Required) It is all shot in SF and is not CGI. The main ad is here, there are several behind the scene's films here.

The soundtrack, Heartbeats is by José González, and is pretty cool too.

Very beautiful, for an ad.

I'm just wondering who had to clean 250,000 little balls off the streets when filming was complete. I also wonder how many got lost in flower beds, walkways and drainage gutters.

Looks like they shot it on film, which is only surprising with respect to the commercial being a Sony as. Where's the HD?
